My two-year-old figured out the little xylophone within minutes and now marches around the living room banging it. The child-safe finish has survived being chewed on, which I didn't expect. It's been a nice way to keep her busy without a screen.
The little mallets have such a satisfying thunk against the wooden pieces, and the whole set feels sturdy enough to survive daily toddler jam sessions. My kid's coordination has visibly improved as she tries to match rhythms, and it's been out on the floor every single day since it arrived.
My two-year-old grabs a different wooden instrument every morning now—the shakers and drums all have a nice weight that feels safe in tiny hands. I love watching her figure out rhythm by herself, and the natural wood finish has held up great to all the banging.
